The residents of the Sunflower are Jan te Voortwis and Gerhard te Voortwis, or employed in the host and zorgtak. Ma te Voortwis also still lives on the Zonnebloem. There are some apartments that are rented to private individuals, some tenants are also employed at the Sunflower. There are also family and children of Gerhard and Jan live on Sunflower.
Regularly found at the Sunflower are Sjors for his vegetable garden, Winnie much maintenance done on the Sunflower and both shepherds and Roelof Marinus.
